DESCRIPTION

Abu Dhabi, the rapidly and remarkably developed beautiful capital, faced a challenge, due to its desert nature, of obtaining fodder since it cannot be cultivated and Abu Dhabi has been relying on the import from the neighboring countries for long, until Abu Dhabi Government in collaboration with Jenaan Investment decided to find a solution by reclaiming a large area of desert land in Sudan and converting it to a green land. This project was entitled Amtaar Project. A new and distinctive technology, called "Floppy Sprinkler" or artificial rain, was deployed for irrigation after pumping water very deep from the ground.
