DESCRIPTION

The battle between drug cartels and law enforcement agencies is constantly evolving, but few people could have imagined the latest twist in the war. Desperate to get their deadly cargo into America, South American drug lords have gone beneath the waves, using mini submarines, hand-built in the Colombian jungle for a cost of $1 million and each capable of carrying up to eight tonnes of cocaine. We join special ops raids on cocaine laboratories and take to the seas on boats hunting down the submarines. But can the forces of law turn the tide in the war on drugs?
